Most all newer RZR blowers are to be now plugged directly into the taillight like the picture below. We get a call or email regularly where a customer says the fan does not work and tail light does not, they are not plugging directly to tail light but the harness a bit back. We also get the same calls and email about a four pin connector but 3 wires, 3 is right, has a jumper in harness. The fix for both questions is simply plug into the light like below.
