Replacment HD Secondary for 2016 and Newer Polaris Hunterworks is now offering a OEM secondary clutch that is new from a Polaris dealer that we are adding our HD Outside Secondary Rollers to. The square pucks that are ruining peoples clutches and blowing their belts will be replaced with our rollers before they leave here and we are calling it a HD secondary clutch. 2016 Vehicles all models need the optional secondary bolt that is longer than yours to go with the change mentioned below for 2017 and newer models as this is a 17 and newer secondary. In 2017 they started using what is called a "Top Hat" in the outside bearing where the bolt goes through and no washer. In 2016 they used something else and a big washer. Can these be used on the 16? Yes but they simply need the 5mm longer bolt the 17 and newer use to use this secondary on the 16 models. All 2016-19 XP 1000 RZR two and four seat models of all kinds, HL included, all 2016-19 1000S all models, all 16-19 900 RZR models two and four seat all models, 16-19 Generals two and four seat all models and 17 Ranger 3 seater and crew and lastly 18 Crew 1000 Ranger can use this secondary. The paragraph below was about the secondary without helix and spring and this article was written before we started offering the complete for the 17 and newer. The secondary you will receive will NOT be a complete one, there will be no helix and no spring. If you order this secondary only from Polaris for a 17 model XP 1000 that is the way you get it. It does come with the basic clutch, a new spider with inside rollers, four new helix screws and two of our rollers to replace the OE square pucks. You will use your helix and spring that you have now or if you are buying a Dalton clutch kit from us at the same time, we can install the spring and helix from that kit in this secondary when you buy it. Here is the short of it, if you have a 16 or newer vehicle and your secondary is ruined from the square pucks, we can sell you a new one with our rollers installed so it never happens again. Warranty, there is no warranty. This is a Polaris clutch bought from a dealer, they do not warranty them so we can't. We can only control our rollers and that will be on a case by case basis.
