Hunterworks CF Moto Belt Limited Warranty 

The Hunterworks CF Moto belt will have a very limited belt warranty, limited to manufacturing defects only for a period of 6 months.  

Any aftermarket clutch kits, drive line modifications, tuners etc will void this very limited warranty.

Any requests for warranty will be handled through email by the owner of Hunterworks todd@hunterworks.com and any warranty replacements will be at the sole discretion of Hunterworks.  

Keep in mind we simply want to provide you a better quality belt for a line of vehicles that is gaining popularity but does not have a very good quality clutch calibration from the factory or high quality belt and therefore is causing factory belts to fail at a higher rate than they should. A lot had to be put into this belt to withstand the factory clutch calibration and took two years to develop and test. 

Our liability under any express or implied warranty is limited to replacement of the belt. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF, AND WE DISCLAIM, ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES. INSOFAR AS SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, WE LIMIT THE DURATION OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY.
