2021 and Newer Turbo RZR and Pro Slipping the Belt The 2021 and newer Turbo model of any kind, Pro or not have the same clutches and Polaris did not get the calibration correct nor did they get the right washer in the primary clutch which proof can be found under your primary clutch on the clutch cover, there will be black marks. There is also some base models with a washer too thick and limits top speed. Most people report slipping belts when full throttle is applied around 40-60 mph then again on some models at full throttle. Due to this we even void warranties on our belts on this vehicle because of this. We have a Dalton clutch kit that fixes this calibration issue and have the correct washer for the primary clutch to fix the overtravel issue.
